Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that with regard to the missing of the girl the Habeas Corpus Writ Petition bearing No. 245 of 2014 has been filed, therefore, he wants to withdraw this petition.
IN pursuance of the order dated 25.8.2014 the I.O. of this case has appeared in person. His personal appearance is dispensed with.
Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
