Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA.
It is a case in which alleged kidnapped girl has not been recovered till date. .The I.O. of this case submitted a report without recovering the alleged kidnapped girl.
I.O. of this case shall appear in person before this Court on 11.8.2014 to explain as to why wihout making investigation charge-sheet has been filed in case crime no. 489 of 2013.
