The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 636 of 2016, u/s 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act,P.S. Dumariyaganj, District Siddharth Nagar with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and considering the fact that the deceased died within one and half years of the marriage at her matrimonial home under unnatural circumstances and the applicant is main accused being husband of the deceased and he has not offered any plausible and satisfactory explanation for the death of his wife inside his house, I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected.
However, it has been stated by the counsel for the applicant that the applicant is in jail since 16.11.2016. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within the period of four months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order before the trial court on day to day basis.
