The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the G.Os. dated 13.6.2017 and 20.9.2017 as well as the Notification dated 12.1.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved in this writ petition is identical to that of W.P. No. 3219 of 2018 and other connected writ petition.
Accordingly list and connect with W.P. No. 3219 of 2018.
The matter shall not be treated as tied up or part heard with this Bench.
