This Court while entertaining the revision petition on 26.11.2018 against an order of interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- had directed for payment of Rs. 2,000/- per month. Vide order dated 16.01.2019 this Court had directed the applicant to file an affidavit of compliance of the order dated 26.11.2018.
Today, Sri K.K. Shukla, learned Advocate appearing for the revision-applicant states that the applicant has not complied with the order passed by this Court.
In the considered opinion of the Court, once the application has been entertained subject to certain directions and the applicant has taken advantage out of that and did not comply with the order, he deserves no sympathy any further.
Revision petition is merely directed against an interim maintenance order deserves dismissal at this stage.
Revision petition is accordingly consigned to record. Interim order, if any, stand discharged.
Court below is at liberty to proceed accordingly.
