At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that on account of some defect, he does not want to press this application at this stage and he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh application.
In view of the statement made by Sri S.M.Ayaz Ali, learned counsel for the applicant, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application with better particulars.
Certified copy of the FIR annexed as Annexure No.1 and order dated 06.7.2019 annexed as Annexure No. 4 to the application, be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining the xerox copy of the same on record.
