Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ramesh Chandra Upadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.9-Gaon Sabha.
This writ petition has been filed for quashing the impugned orders dated 26.3.2018 and 19.5.1988 passed by the respondent no.1 and 2 respectively.
By the impugned order, the Consolidation Officer passed the order maintaining the entries and area in respect of Gata No. 1257/2 and the Amaldaramad be made accordingly. The said order was challenged by father of petitioner in a revision by saying that area of plot no. 1257/2 has wrongly been recorded in the revenue record as 0.156 kari instead of 0.056 kari. The Deputy Director of Consolidation dismissed the revision of the petitioners with the finding that there is no illegality in the order as recorded by the order of the Consolidation Officer and by the Consolidation Officer, neither the area can be decreased nor it may be enhanced.
I do not find any illegality or infirmity in the orders impugned herein.
Writ petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
