Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Ram Kumar Pandey with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned to transfer the investigation of case crime no. 598 of 2014 under sections 363, 366 IPC, P.S. Mohanganj, District Amethi to CBCID or any other independent agency and to ensure the arrest of the accused persons.
From the perusal of the record it appears that the petitioner is first informant of the above mentioned case, at this stage this is no ground to transfer the investigation of the present case, however, it is directed that in case the petitioner is having other grievance in this matter, the same may be raised before S.P. Amethi who shall look into the matter and shall ensure the fair investigation of the above mentioned case.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
