Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner appeared in the Combined State Engineering Services (General Recruitment) Examination 2013 and Combined State Engineering Services Physical Handicapped (Backlog/Special Recruitment) Examination 2013.
By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
i) Issue a suitable writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to provide the marks obtained by the petitioners in the Engineering Examination 2013;
ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent No. 2 to declare the minimum cut of marks of the candidates who have been called for interview.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, result of the examination has not been declared, though, the interview has concluded.
Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent-Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Allahabad, submits that cut of marks shall be notified after the final result are declared.
In view thereof, writ petition being premature, is accordingly, dismissed at this stage.
