Heard Shri Mukesh Prasad, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri R.B. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
Challenge has been raised to the order dated 15.07.2021, passed by the Licensing Authority, Aligarh, cancelling the petitioner's license to run the country liquor shop.
At the outset, learned Standing Counsel submits that in a similar controversy involved in Writ Tax No. 519 of 2021 (Sudheer Kumar vs. State of U.P. and 3 others), this Court vide order dated 10.08.2021 has disposed of the writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the appropriate forum and pursue his alternate remedy.
We find no reason to differ from the reasoning of the aforesaid order.
The present writ petition is accordingly, disposed of on the same terms.
