This petition for writ is preferred to have direction held as under:-
"1. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to get the Panchayat Bhawan constructed over the plot No.98 of Revenue Village Dhankhar, District Gonda which was duly resolved by the Land management Committee as well as the Village Panchayat.
2. A writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus thereby directing the opposite parties to stop the construction of Panchayat Bhawan over the private land of Sri Suraj Pratap Singh son of Mahendra Singh in Revenue Village Dhani on a private land."
We are of the considered opinion that the cause sought to be adjudicated is not a cause which is to be adjudicated by this Court in the Public Interest Litigation. The petitioner may avail appropriate remedy including remedy of suit to have injunction, if any wrong is committed.
No interference, as such is warranted. The writ petition is dismissed.
