The grievance of the petitioner is that he is a handicapped person born on 1.1.1959 and is aggrieved by the encroachments done by the fifth and sixth respondent over the land which was accorded to him on account of a patta allotted by the Land Management Committee/Assistant Collector vide letter dated 20.9.1975.
The matter was taken up by this Court on 28.8.2018 and the petitioner was asked to approach the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Narwal, District Kanpur Nagar to resolve the dispute.
Today, when the matter is taken up by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed before the Court, the order dated 1.10.2018 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Narwal, District Kanpur Nagar and as such, it is claimed that the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by the Authority concerned. Copy of the order dated 1.10.2018 is taken on record.
The writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the aforementioned order.
