1. The present contempt petition has been filed for alleged violation/wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 06.12.2018 passed in Writ Petition No.35100(MS) of 2018 was finally disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court where proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (Case No.2017042345047261, Gaon Sabha v. Heera Ram) are pending.
2. It is strange that despite there was having no direction for deciding the case in a particular manner expeditiously or in time bound manner, the petitioner chose to file this contempt petition. Prima facie the contempt proceedings are not maintainable, however, in view of the fact that the case pending before the Tehsildar under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been decided vide order dated 21.08.2019, nothing survives in the petition, which is hereby dismissed.
