Order on Criminal Misc. Anticipatory Bail Application Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant an anticipatory bail to the applicant, namely, Ram Kripal Shivhare, in Case Crime No. 73 of 2020, under Section - 3/7 of Essential Commodities Act, 1955, Police Station - Chirgaon, District - Jhansi. Despite time granted, no counter affidavit has been filed by the learned AGA.
Applicant is already on interim anticipatory bail by the order dated 05.11.2020.
For the reasons recorded in the order dated 05.11.2020, the order is confirmed. The applicant shall remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on police report, if any, under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. before the competent Court on the same terms and conditions as given in the order dated 05.11.2020. The anticipatory bail application is allowed.
