The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition in respect of Gata No. 137 area 0.063 hectare although the demarcation of the same has already been done by the Revenue Officials but dill date the possession of the same has not been given to the petitioner.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel Smt. Praveen Shukla appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no. 2/Consolidation Officer, Saidpur along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If such representation is made, he will take a decision in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
