Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no. 5.
This writ petition is directed against an order passed by the trial court in a declaratory suit under Section 144 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Against the order impugned, the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy by means of an appeal followed by a second appeal, which statutory alternative remedies have not been availed.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of statutory alternative remedies.
