JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present correction application has been moved for correction/modification of the order dated 15.06.2010 passed by Hon. B.K. Narayana. The present correction application has been placed before this court on nomination by the Hon. Senior Vacation Judge on 22.06.2010.
Counsel for the applicant contended that in last paragraph of the order dated 15.06.2010 U/s 2/3 D.P. Act is transcribed in place of 2/3 Khesari Act.
Under Section 2/3 D.P. Act is corrected as 2/3 Khesari Act in last paragraph of the order dated 15.06.2010 Accordingly, correction application is disposed of.
