Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava, State Law Officer for the State respondents as well as Shri D.D. Chauhan, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.
The only grievance of the petitioner is that his Suit No. /2015 (Ram Kishore and ors vs. Gram Panchayat) under Section 122- B (4F) of UP ZA & LR Act is pending before the first respondent, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Bansi, District Siddharth Nagar since 26.12.2015 but the same has not been decided so far.
Learned counsel for the respondents fairly states that in case the aforesaid suit is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.
In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the first respondent to consider and decide petitioner's aforesaid suit by a speaking order within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
