After the matter was heard, Sri Sudhakar Shukla, learned counsel for the the petitioner states that as he proposes to pursue his remedy available under law before the competent civil / revenue court, this petition be dismissed as withdrawn.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, but with aforesaid liberty.
It is made clear that this Court did advert to the claim on merit.
