Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide application 6-C(2) in Original Suit No. 163 of 2018 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet, it appears that the Court had refused to grant ex parte injunction and had directed issuance of notice to the other side by fixing a date for consideration of the application.
Under the circumstances, no specific direction need be issued. The petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
