2. It is informed that sole petitioner has died during pendency of this matter on 6.8.2019. Even otherwise counsel for petitioner does not dispute that remedy was available to petitioner to file a suit and it is also informed that a civil suit has already been filed.
3. Petition is dismissed as abated.
