As per the report dated 26.9.2021 filed by Mediation Centre it is apparent that the parties, in response to the order dated 18.2.2020, did not appeared before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court.
Confronted with this situation Sri Girraj Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that notice has been received after three days and due to inadvertence, the petitioners could not appear and one more indulgence may be accorded in the interest of justice.
In view of aforesaid, one more indulgence is accorded to the parties.
Let parties may appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the next date fixed.
Mediation and Conciliation Centre may submit its report.
In case parties did not appear on the next date fixed, the order dated 18.2.2020, stands vacated, automatically.
