Heard the counsel for the petitioners.
The present writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus directing the Board of Revenue, U.P at Allahabad i.e. the respondent no.1 to decide the stay application in Revision No.591 of 2018 (Ram Kishan & Others versus State of U.P and others).
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the aforesaid revision, it is directed that the Board of Revenue, U.P at Allahabad shall decide the aforesaid revision within a period of six months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid revision in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
