Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no previous criminal history and on account of enmity, the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case and the applicant is in jail since 10.4.2010.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am of the view that it is a fit case for grant of bail.
Let the applicant namely Ram Kishan Mishra be released on bail in Case Crime No.81 of 2010 under Section 419, 420, 406, 467, 468 I.P.C., Police Station Mahanagar, District Lucknow on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
