No one is present on behalf of the appellants to press the second appeal nor there is any request to adjourn/pass over the same.
The appeal has not yet been admitted although it relates to the year 2007. The order sheet reveals that the Court vide order dated 9.10.2015 had granted a month's time to file substitution application on the death of appellant, however no substitution application has been filed so far. The order sheet also reveals that on the last date no one had appeared on behalf of the appellants.
The second appeal, as such, is dismissed in default as well as for want of prosecution.
Interim order, if any, stands discharged.
