Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner was working as Constable in Civil Police. On his request, petitioner came to be retired voluntarily in 2013. By the instant writ petition, petitioner seeks reinstatement/appointment on the post of Constable.
On specific query, learned counsel for the petitioner failed to point out any Rule, Regulation or Order which entitles the petitioner reinstatement after seeking voluntarily retirement.
The writ petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed.
