Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeraj Dube, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.
The petitioner contends that part of his land has been utilised/acquired for the road widening of National Highway No. 29 (Varanasi-Mau-Gorakhpur). But he has not been paid any compensation.
The petitioner is permitted to make a representation in this regard to the respondent No.5 who will consider the case of the petitioner and after examining the true and correct facts may ensure the payment of compensation, if any, due to the petitioner if his land has been so acquired.
