After hearing of learned counsel for the applicant, this Court finds that the review application has been filed by a new counsel who was not a counsel when the writ petition was decided vide order dated 11.04.2016.
Not only is the review petition not maintainable on this ground, even otherwise there is no merit in the review application.
The application is accordingly dismissed.
