Heard Sri Kaushal Kishore Mani Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State- respondents.
The present writ petition has been filed for implementation of the order dated 30.6.2014 passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Admin.) Gorakhpur at the spot.
Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that vide order dated 31.12.2001, petitioner's was allotted chak but the said order was not implemented, subsequently, he filed an application under Rule 109-A of the U.P. Consolidation of Holding Rules 1994 which was allowed by the Additional District Magistrate (Admin.) Gorakhpur vide order dated 30.6.2014 and the order dated 30.6.2014 has not been implemented at spot till date.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a representation ventilating all his grievances before the concerned Consolidation Officer within three weeks from today, along with a certified copy of this order. On such representation being made by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the concerned Consolidation Officer within three months thereafter.
