Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioners have approached this Court with the prayer for quashing FIR relating to case crime no. 302 of 2010 under Sections 406 & 409 IPC of police station Wazirganj, district Lucknow. We have gone through the contents of the FIR and other documents annexed hereto. As it comes out, huge bungling is said to have been committed in the distribution of mid-day meal.

Learned Government Advocate shall obtain instructions/file counter affidavit within ten days List immediately thereafter.
