Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Archit Mandhyan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4. Shri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel has also fled his power on behalf of respondents no. 2 to 4, which is taken on record.
It is submitted by the petitioner that he retired in the year 2008 and he has not been paid his Gratuity and other retiral dues till date. His papers have been submitted and all formalities have been completed, yet there is delay.
The petitioner has already made a representation regarding his grievance on 05.08.2018 before the Director, Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad and his representation is also lying un-disposed of.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Director, Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad, U.P. at Kisan Mandi Bhawan, Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
In case certain dues are found admissible to be paid to the petitioner along with admissible interest, the same shall be ensured to be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.
