In this case, sole appellant Smt. Ram Kali and respondent nos. 1 & 2-Samey Singh & Ram Dia are said to be died.

In this regard, a report from Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur dated 4.9.2020, is on record which is as per circular issued by this Court, stating therein that sole appellant and respondent nos. 1 & 2 died, hence the appeal stands abated.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
