Heard Sri R.P.L. Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking certain benefits under the Notional Increment Scheme pursuant to the Government Order dated 04.05.2010.
The said Government Order is for government servant. The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in an Intermediate College and his salary and other emoluments etc. are governed by U.P. High Schools and Intermediate Colleges (Payment of Salaries of Teachers and other Employees) Act, 1971.
As such no relief can be granted. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
