In this writ petition the proceeding of original suit No. 1048/96 (Radhey Shyam V/S Ramcharitra and another) was stayed. It has been informed by the counsel for the respondent that vide order dated 4.4.2003 passed by this court proceedings of the suit were allowed to continue. However, the delivery of judgement was stayed. It has further been informed that entire proceedings in the lower court has completed except hearing of the final argument and delivery of judgement. Considering the situation, this writ petition requires to be disposed of expeditiously.
Sri Anuj Kumar, Advocate holding brief for Sri Praveen Tripathi, Advocate counsel for the petitioner, has requested time for argument in this matter.
Considering the pendency of the said order, the case is listed for hearing on 29th May, 2012 It is made clear that no further adjournment would be granted to the petitioner.
