Heard Sri Indra Deo Mishra for the petitioner ,Standing Counsel for State and Sri Vivek Verma for Varanasi Development Authority.
The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing Varanasi Development Authority , respondent-2 to implement the order / award dated 30.9.1997 passed by Labour Court, Varanasi by which the petitioners are not getting difference of salary from the date of their appointment.
The petitioner has already moved a representation in this respect on 12.4.2017, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Secretary, Varanasi Development Authority, to pass an appropriate order on the representation of the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
