Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of Case No. case no. 143?112017, under Section 145 Cr.P.C. P.S. Chhawani, District Basti, pending in the court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harriya, District Basti within stipulated period.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of matter before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jaunpur.
In view of the above, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Harriya, District Basti is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after affording full opportunity of hearing to the affected parties.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
