Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 to 4.
The petitioner alleges that he has completed work assigned but even then his security amount has not been released.
The petitioner in this regard has submitted a representation dated 14.3.2019 to the Managing Director of U.P. Project Corporation Ltd.
In view of the above, we dispose of this petition with the direction to the Managing Director to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, most expeditiously.
