Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ajay Prakash Paul, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of the respondent.
The writ petition has been filed to seek re-installation of public tube-well no.342-H in village Godari, Development Block Handia, District Prayagraj. It is said to have damaged almost 10 years back causing problem in supply of water. The petitioner made a representation to the respondents but no heed is paid on the aforesaid.
In view of the above and as informed by the learned Standing Counsel, matter is require consideration and a letter for it has already been sent by the learned Standing Counsel. In view of above, there is no purpose to keep this matter pending rather it is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to immediately take a decision on the letter dated 04.03.2020. The decision aforesaid would be taken within two months with follow up action from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
