Sri Arun Kumar, learned Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2.
The personal affidavit of District Basic Education Officer, Hamirpur/respondent no. 3 filed today is taken on record.
Realizing his mistake, the District Basic Education Officer, Hamirpur has rectified the same by passing an order dated 29.5.2019 and recalled the earlier order dated 11.4.2019 with immediate effect, giving effect to the appointment letter dated 20.9.2018 issued from his office.
In view of the fact that the District Basic Education Officer, Hamirpur has corrected the mistake, no cause of action survives in the present writ petition.
The officer holding the post of the District Basic Education Officer, Hamirpur, however, is directed to remain careful in future and pass appropriate orders by proper verification of records of his office, which has not been done in the instant writ petition.
The officer concerned is further required to take necessary action in pursuance of the order dated 29.5.2019 for rectification of grievances of the petitioner, if any, relating to the same.
