This is a writ petition of the year 2007. The petitioners in the writ petition are seeking quashing of the order dated 30.06.2007 whereby the allotment of Gaon Sabha land alleged to have been made in favour of the petitioners has been cancelled.
A counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. Sri Gaurav Singh, learned Standing Counsel referring to paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit points out that the impugned order dated 30.6.2007 which is alleged to have been passed by the respondents no. 3 and 4 has in fact never been passed and therefore, the petitioners have no cause of action at all to come before this Court.
Considering the averments made in paragraph 4 of the counter affidavit, we dismiss this writ petition.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
