This writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer for issuance of the mandamus directing the respondent no. 1 (Managing Director, U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, U.P., Lucknow) to decide the departmental appeal of the petitioner dated 06.12.2017 within a stipulated period of time.
The learned counsel for the respondents, Shri Ajeet Kumar Singh, has no objection to the writ petition being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 1 to decide the appeal said to be pending before him since December, 2017, if not already decided, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
