Once the Court has declined to interfere under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present contempt application and the same may be rejected as not pressed.
The contempt application is accordingly rejected as not pressed. However, this order would not preclude the applicants to agitate before the Writ Court.
