Court No. - 4
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 25089 of 2018 Petitioner :- Ram Hari Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vimlendu Tripathi,Sher Bahadur Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Ram Bilas Yadav
Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsels for the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of appearance in the UPTET Examination-2018 selection for recruitment of Assistant Teachers in Junior Basic Schools, he has wrongly filled in the roll number on the answer sheet and says that on account of mistake at his end, his result might not be declared.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the answer sheet which has been appended as Annexure No. 6 to the writ petition. However, from bare perusal of the same nothing is discernible as to his name, father's name etc. nor, it bears the signature of petitioner Ram Hari.
In view of the above, prima-facie opinion cannot be formed as to whether the grievance raised by the petitioner is genuine or not. In the absence of relevant material on record, no writ can be issued, writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with all the relevant material.
