Vide order dated 04.12.2014 the Court has granted three weeks and no more further time to opposite parties to file counter affidavit.
It is informed by learned counsel for petitioner that till date no counter affidavit has been filed by the opposite parties.
Mr. Amit Kumar Singh Bhadauriya, learned counsel for opposite parties prays for one more opportunity to file counter affidavit.
In the interest of justice, three weeks time is granted to opposite parties to file counter affidavit at the cost of Rs. 2000/-, which shall be deposited before the Senior Registrar of this Court before next date, who, on deposit of the amount, remit the same to the Mediation and Conciliation Center of this Court.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within one week thereafter.
