JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M. Application No. 30376 of 2014) This is an application for substitution of legal heir of petitioner No.1.
Submission of learned counsel for petitioner is that all the heirs and legal representatives of petitioner No.1 could not be mentioned in the application, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant application with liberty to file a fresh application for substitution.
Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty aforesaid.
