Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner Ram Gopal with a prayer that a suitable direction may be issued to the authority concerned for ensuring the fair investigation of case crime No.116 of 2014, under sections 376 Kha, 506 IPC and section 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012, P.S. Pachdevara, District Hardoi.
Considering the submission made by learned A.G.A. that in the present case after completing the investigation final report has been submitted, it is directed that in case the final report has been submitted in the court of learned Magistrate and the notice has been issued to the petitioner, he may file protest petition and learned Magistrate shall consider the protest petition in accordance with law and shall pass a reasoned order.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
