Heard Shri Santosh Kumar Mishra holding brief of Shri Sanjeev Kumar Saxena, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
By the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following relief:
"Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.1.2018 passed by respondent no.3, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Hamirpur District Hamirpur"
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the second respondent-Additional Commissioner, (Judicial), Bareilly Division, Bareilly, to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law, provided there is no legal impediment, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the fifth respondent.
