Hon'ble Alok Mathur,J.
1. Heard Sri Tarun Pratap Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Sri Achal Singh for the Gaon Sabha.
2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that inadvertently the wrong section has been quoted in prayer clause of the petition and prays that he may be permitted to amend the same.
3. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.
4. Learned counsel for petitioner is directed to make amendment as prayed forthwith.
5. In view of the order proposed to be passed, requirement of issuance of notice to respondent nos. 4 to 6 are hereby dispensed with.
6. Instant petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for direction to the court below/Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal, Chitrakoot to conclude and decide the case No. 00363 of 2018 (Computer Serial No. C201807000000363) Ramgopal Vs. Gulab Singh and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously.
7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance of the petition would be sufficiently met in case respondent No. 1 - Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal, Chitrakoot considers and decides the aforesaid case in the time bound manner.
8. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer.
9. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without entering into the merits, respondent No. 1 - Commissioner, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal, Chitrakoot is directed to decide case No. 00363 of 2018 (Computer Serial No. C201807000000363) Ramgopal Vs. Gulab Singh and others) under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 expeditiously, say within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, if there is no legal impediment.
10. It is further directed that the parties to the case shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not seek any unnecessary adjournment, neither any such adjournment shall be granted by the Court concerned, except in exceptional circumstances.
11. With above observations/directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
