The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the trial Court to decide Original Suit No. 5 of 2015 within a time stipulated by this Court.
This Court does not find any extra ordinary reason on record to warrant issuing such a direction in a suit instituted in the year 2015, which will have effect of giving precedence over other old matters pending before the same Court. In such view of the matter, the instant petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to apply for expeditious disposal of the proceedings before the trial Court itself.
