Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide the Original Suit No. 73 of 2017 (Ram Gopal Sharma vs. Kripa Shankar Vishwakarma) instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondent within the specified time frame.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the defendant after entering appearance had filed a written statement admitting the case of the plaintiff-petitioner.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
